Dear Residents & Family Members,
We appreciate your partnership and understanding as we all do our part in combating the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We continue to be operating out of an abundance of caution and we have added the following precautions to our existing best practices in order to ensure the health and safety of our Residents, team members and community at large. We understand the ongoing concern of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are consistently following our state departments of Health & Human services guidelines for the community. We have increased all proactive measures to ensure we are following the mandates and guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
At our Quail Park Communities we are asking that all Residents, Families and Friends postpone non- essential visits, for the time being. The one exception is Essential visitors who could be approved, including emergency personnel (police/fire), health care workers, and select family members with loved ones on Hospice in end-of-life stages. In addition to the best practices each building already exhibits day in and day out, we have increased our temperature documenting of employees and Residents, sanitation routines, and have modified resident activities and dining usage using social distancing practices and/or delivery service to apartments.
We understand the Coronavirus can be hard to identify, especially given its unknown nature as a new virus. For more information on symptoms and the virus, visit our public health departments’ COVID- 19-Updates. You can also visit this webpage, which contains tips, procedures, health resources and more.
In addition, in keeping with the best practices we share day in and day out at our communities, our number one goal and strategic plan is to maintain a safe climate and strong relationships with families and our community. As we authentically value our community, we encourage you to follow the recommendations of more hand washing, less face touching, staying away from others who are ill, and practicing social distancing.
Warm Regards,
Denis Bryant President & CEO of Living Care Lifestyles
